We have a strict no-refund policy due to the customizations of the flip flops.

All GEM Flip Flops are handmade with love, we will do our best to accommodate to special requests. However, please allow 1-3mm of deviations for measurements. We seek your understanding in this matter.

If customers are not willing to accept the policy mentioned above. Please refrain from ordering as we have a strict no returns, refund or exchanges policy.
